Quick Strikes | Ebobisse looks to continue success against LAFC

The Portland Timbers return home to play Los Angeles FC on Sunday at Providence Park (7pm PT, ROOT SPORTS). Here are five numbers to know for #PORvLFC in the latest edition of Quick Strikes.

3 Forward Jeremy Ebobisse has scored three goals in MLS play against LAFC, the most of any Timbers player. Only two players in MLS history have scored more goals against LAFC (Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Sebastian Lletget).

22 No team in MLS has scored more goals in the second half of matches than the Timbers. Portland's 22 second-half goals are two more than any other MLS club.

87 With another assist in Portland's last match, Diego Valeri is up to 87 assists in his MLS career. Since joining the league in 2013, Valeri has 27 more assists than any other MLS player in that time span.

35 Since Giovanni Savarese became Portland's head coach in 2018, the Timbers have scored 35 headed goals. That output is the most of any team in the league over the last three seasons.

0 The Timbers have delivered shutouts in three consecutive matches at Providence Park. Portland has not conceded at their home stadium in its last 288 minutes of play.
