Your ticket is a revocable license, which may be withdrawn, and admission refused anytime. Portland Timbers/Portland Thorns, National Women’s Soccer League, and Major League Soccer, and their affiliates together (“Management”) reserve the right to eject any ticket holder. By using your ticket, you are deemed to have agreed on behalf of yourself and minors accompanying you (together, “You”) to these terms and conditions and the Providence Park Stadium Guide & FAQ. ADA SEATING & EXCHANGE POLICY
All wheelchair spaces and companion seating are assigned unless in General Admission seating. Seats may be purchased in advance by phone through SeatGeek at 888-983-1783 or in-person at the Providence Park box office. Guests may pre-arrange special wheelchair needs by calling Providence Park at 503.553.5523 to schedule an escort to/from their seating location. Providence Park meets all ADA requirements. The Providence Park ADA exchange policy facilitates making ADA seats available for ADA qualified patrons who possess a ticket for an inaccessible seat. If a ticket holder requires ADA seating for a home game(s) they should notify their Member Services Rep or the Member Services Department (firstname.lastname@example.org) to arrange for relocation into ADA seating. Please be aware that the relocation of these seats is based solely upon ticket availability, therefore advance notice is beneficial. Game-day ADA ticket exchanges take place at the internal box office window behind section 104 and are based on ADA seat availability and cannot be guaranteed. Providence Park can also relocate one companion seat with any ADA ticket relocation request. Providence Park reserves the right to take appropriate action regarding misrepresentation or fraud, which may result in relocation, ejection, or revocation of season ticket accounts. No discounts on the price of admission will be offered based on the time of your entry to the match. The ticket price is the same whether you enter at the beginning or end of the match.
Providence Park is located in the heart of downtown Portland, just off I-405. The address at Providence Park is 1844 SW Morrison, Portland, OR 97205. For information about upcoming events, directions to the stadium or to contact our administrative office, please call 503.553.5400.
Providence Park wishes that all guests have a great and memorable time during their visit. For those who would like to consume alcoholic beverages, they are available at concession stands throughout Providence Park, as well as portable beverage stands. Oregon state liquor laws prohibit guests from bringing alcoholic beverages into Providence Park. The only alcohol permitted on the premises must be purchased and/or dispensed by authorized servers. Guests who appear to be under the age of 30 will be required to show approved identification. No guest will be served more than two alcoholic beverages at any given time. Alcohol beverage sales on the concourse level will stop at designated times during soccer matches, concerts and other events.
Only certified service dogs or service dogs in training will be allowed into Providence Park. All other animals are prohibited.
Changing stations are located in every restroom at Providence Park. All women’s restrooms are equipped with electrical outlets.
A clear bag policy has been instituted for 2021. Clear bags, sized 12"w x 12"h x 6"d will be available for free at all ingress gates for the first two ticketed matches of 2021 (April 9 and 13), while supplies last. Supporters are encouraged to avoid bringing a bag, if feasible. The new clear bags will be distributed while fans are in line. Bags will then be available for purchase at PTFC Authentics retail locations.
Below, please find additional information regarding Providence Park’s bag/clear bag policy:
Allowed sizing for Clear Bags - 12″ x 6″ x 12″
- Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12″.
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (ziploc bag or similar).
- Clear backpacks within the listed dimensions and have no more than two (2) pockets.
Allowed Sizing for Non-Clear Purses, Clutches and Wallets – 4.5” x 6.5”
- These items may be carried into the stadium along with one of the clear bag options.
Allowed Miscellaneous Bags
- Seat cushions that have no pockets, zippered compartments, or extra straps.
- Exception for medically necessary items (including diaper bags) after proper inspection.
BANNERS AND SIGNS
For Timbers and Thorns FC fans are permitted to bring signs, flags or banners into Providence Park to exhibit their support. All signs, flags or banners may not:
- Display signs, symbols, or images, use language, or make gestures that are threatening, abusive, or discriminatory, including on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, ability and/or sexual orientation
- Display signs, symbols, or images for commercial purposes or for electioneering, campaigning or advocating for or against any candidate, political party, legislative issue, or government action
- Engage in any behavior that that otherwise targets fans or interferes with other fans’ enjoyment of the game
Any signs, flags or banners that do not follow the above guidelines will be confiscated.
BEVERAGES, BOTTLES AND CANS
Sealed or empty water bottles and soft-sided single juice containers for children are permitted into Providence Park. Empty spray bottles are permitted into the park. Outside cans and bottles are not allowed and will not be given back to the guest at the end of the event, so please leave these items at home or in your vehicle.
A limited number of bicycle racks are available in the loading zones near Gates D and F at Providence Park. Bicycles are not to be locked to stadium fencing or gates. Visit www.trimet.org for information on TriMet bike accessibility.
The Providence Park box office will be closed during all events.
Providence Park's main office may be entered from the outside on 20th Avenue, directly across from the parking lot at US Bank.
Fans can continue to enjoy matches and grab photos for personal use only via non-professional cameras (no SLR or DSLR cameras) without detachable lenses if no flash is used and it does not interfere with other guests’ enjoyment of the event, access ways, seats, or aisles. However, professional photography, video and audio recording, tripods, iPads, tablets, selfie sticks, and other camera and recording equipment are strictly prohibited. Management reserves the right to deny any device at its discretion.
CELLULAR PHONES AND PAGERS
The use of cellular phones and pagers is allowed at Providence Park, provided the usage does not interfere with another guest’s enjoyment of the game.
A total of 10 charging kiosks are located throughout the building, at locations both inside and immediately outside the venue (at select gates). Each station will have connections for Apple and Android devices. You can find these locations at www.PTFCmap.com.
Children age two and under will be admitted free as long as the child is sitting on an adult's lap to Timbers, Thorns and T2 matches. If a parent requests a physical seat for the child, he/she must pay the appropriate price. This rule varies with some events. Check with box office for other events.
All PA announcements for every Timbers and Thorns home match will be closed captioned on the LED fascia located on the Providence Sports Care Center. Additionally, captioning is available via a custom landing page on timbers.com.

We are also deeply committed to fostering an inclusive environment, free of discrimination and harassment. MLS Matches are also subject to the MLS Fan Code of Conduct.
If someone interferes with your enjoyment of a game, please contact a Guest Services Representative for assistance or use our Providence Park security text line at 971-407-1PDX(1739).
Providence Park does allow standing during the run of play in sections where a majority of fans are doing so. This applies to the General Admission areas as well as typically in sections 99, 109-116 and the South Deck during Timbers matches.
COMPUTERS AND TABLETS – Personal computers, laptops and tablets are only allowed into Providence Park with prior approval from Providence Park staff. Cellular phones and e-readers are allowed.
The Portland Timbers, Thorns FC, and Levy have partnered together to cultivate a hospitality program that is unique to Providence Park. Park Provisions operates as the hospitality team serving Providence Park, powered by Levy’s operational strength. In addition to featuring Portland favorites such as Podnah’s Pit, Killer Burger, Tamale Boy, and HOTLIPS Pizza, fans will find all their game day favorites featured throughout the park. Providence Park is proud to showcase some of the largest on draft craft beer selection in the country, so fans will have no problem finding all their local favorites. Non-alcoholic beverages include a variety of soft drinks and other refreshing ice cold drinks. Check out www.PTFCmap.com for the latest locations of all concessions offerings. All concession stands at Providence Park, beginning April 9th 2021, are cashless.
CORONA VIRUS GUEST INFORMATION

Beginning April 9th, 2021, Providence Park is a completely cashless venue. This includes all food and beverage, retail, and any other sales throughout the Park. Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express cards are accepted at ticketing, food & retail locations throughout the Park. No checks are accepted.
Providence Park does not have any single game discounts at the box office. Discounted group and season seat rates are available by calling 503.553.5555.
Guests may pre-arrange special wheelchair needs by calling Providence Park at 503.553.5586.
Annual Members are encouraged to contact their Service Representative prior to any game to go over options available for tickets that may be going unused.
The First Aid station is located at Providence Park section 109/110. AMR provides complete First Aid care for guests of Providence Park, with trained med techs and an ambulance on site for all ticketed and non-ticketed events.

As a result of adding additional gates to Providence Pack, the gate naming system has been updated from a numeric to an alphabetical system. The gates, labeled A-G, follow a counter-clockwise pattern around the venue starting in the SE corner. The new names and locations are listed below.

All gates for Timbers & Thorns matches open 90 minutes prior to kickoff.
For a list of upcoming promotions, please refer to the promotional schedule on the website. The number of promotional items given is restricted based on the event (e.g., first 2,000 fans or first 2,000 fans 12 years and younger). Please remember that a ticket does not ensure or entitle the holder to a promotional item on that date and that only one item will be given to each eligible fan. Giveaway dates are subject to change without notice. The best way to ensure a giveaway item that you are eligible for is to arrive early.
Guests have several ways to express themselves. A guest may fill out a Comment Card in the Guest Services Center at section 104 near Entry D or email email@example.com. Guests may also relay their comments to a Providence Park employee.
ICE CHESTS AND COOLERS
Guests are not permitted to bring hard-sided ice chests or coolers into Providence Park. Soft-sided cooler bags to keep unopened bottled water, baby items or other special needs cool during the event are permitted. All prohibited items should be discarded or returned to one’s vehicle. Cooler bags must adhere to size guidelines.
Weapons of any kind are prohibited inside Providence Park. This includes all knives of any kind and size to include utility tools with pocket knives. Providence Park is unable to provide storage for items listed as prohibited. Please make arrangements to secure any prohibited items before arriving at Providence Park. This policy is also in effect for all events at Providence Park.
Laser pointers are not allowed at Providence Park.
LOST AND FOUND
Lost articles are held for 30 days. Guests may call 503-553-5400 and leave a detailed description of the misplaced item along with a phone number where they can be reached. Email inquiries should be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Parents looking for a lost child should report to the Providence Park Guest Services Center, located on the main concourse near section 104 at Entry D.
Providence Park features 24 Audi Porsche Beaverton Suites. The suites provide the ultimate experience for your group outing, featuring wait service, televisions, and seating for a set number of people. All Providence Park suites are sold out. It's like a parking space right in front. Next time you head to Providence Park, ditch your car (and the parking hassle) and ride to the match with Lyft. The Lyft app matches you with friendly, local drivers at the tap of a button. Just request and go. After the ride, simply pay through your phone—with in-app tipping, the transaction is completely cashless. Lyft is available throughout the Portland Metro Area, and offers four different ride options: Lyft, Lyft Line, Lyft Plus and Lyft Premier.
There are three specific rideshare pick-up and drop-off locations located around Providence Park. The locations, while subject to change, will be located:
- On SW Alder St. at the corner of SW Alder and SW 18th Ave. in front of Scrap PDX
- On SW 21st Ave. near Levine’s Cleaners, heading north towards Burnside
- On SW Salmon St. heading east next to Lincoln High School near the intersection of 16th Ave.
All gates at Providence Park are fitted with security magnetometers. Prior to walking through the metal detectors all fans should place cell phones and key rings into the bowls provided or place them into their own bag which will still be subject to search.
Fans are not required to remove:
- Coats and Jackets
Magnetometers are safe for all to walk through, including those with implanted medical devices. If a guest chooses not to use the magnetometer, they will be subject to hand-held wand screening or a full-body pat-down prior to admittance into Providence Park. For those fans with metal implants, a supplemental screening may be required for safety reasons. Guests with special medical and dietary needs will be accommodated on a case-by-case basis with respect and minimal inconvenience.
NO SMOKING/VAPING POLICY
Providence Park is a no smoking facility. This includes tobacco products, marijuana and any illegal substances. There is no smoking inside Providence Park confines during matches and events. E-cigarettes are also not allowed inside Providence Park during events.
OBSTRUCTED VIEW SEATS
Due to the historic construction of Providence Park, seats that are within 3 rows of a major obstruction or have the majority of one of the goals blocked are deemed as Obstructed View seats.
All outside food or drink is not allowed into Providence Park. Special considerations may be made for medical or childcare reasons.
Parking is limited near the stadium and is also restricted on game days. If driving, we strongly encourage you to park downtown at a SmartPark garage or one of the many nearby parking lots/garages. See map for all locations.
Food, beverages, weapons of any kind even with a concealed weapons permit (exceptions are Law Enforcement Officers from the Tri-County Area of Multnomah, Washington & Clackamas Counties to include State & Federal Officers. All Law Enforcement Officers are required to declare to the gate attendant they are carrying a firearm prior to entry into Providence Park. Proper identification will be required prior to entry with a firearm). This includes all knives of any kind and size to include utility tools with pocket knives. Providence Park is unable to provide storage for items listed as prohibited. Please make arrangements to secure any prohibited items before arriving at Providence Park. This policy is also in effect for all events at Providence Park. Containers such as coolers or thermoses, helium balloons, banners or signs that are not in the spirit of the event or that obstruct the view of others or that are taped or secured to Providence Park property in any way, sticks, bicycles, animals other than service animals, compressed air horns are all prohibited at Providence Park.
For almost all events at Providence Park, including Portland Timbers and Thorns FC games, re-entry is not allowed.
Providence Park is dedicated to sound environmental practices. Our efforts include: 90 recycle bins located throughout the park, leftover concessionaire food donated to local charities, food scraps are composted weekly, cooking oil is recycled, automatic paper towel dispensers have been installed in all restrooms to save paper, foam soap dispensers reduce the amount of soap used, all cleaning products are green certified, automated light fixtures turn on automatically when a person enters the room, compact fluorescent light blubs used whenever possible, housekeeping machinery is green certified, and all office products and cardboard are recycled. Unclaimed Lost and Found articles are donated to charity. In 2009, Providence Park became Recycle at Work Certified—meaning the stadium has improved its recycling practices and reduced the amount of waste it produces by implementing all of the City of Portland’s five recycling steps. Providence Park is a certified LEED Silver building.
SPECIAL SEATING ARRANGEMENTS
The Providence Park Guest Service Center, located on the main concourse near section 104 at Entry D, can provide details regarding the wide array of services for our guests with disabilities including ADA access points, and elevators. TICKET ABUSE AND REVOCATION
Primary account holders of Timbers and/or Thorns annual memberships and/or T2 season tickets are responsible for the conduct of anyone using their seats. Violation of the Providence Park Fan Experience Guidelines by Annual Members or guests using their tickets are subject to discipline at the discretion of the Front Office up to and including revocation of their Annual Memberships.
TIMBERS ARMY / ROSE CITY RIVETERS
All Timbers Army sections (101-108 & 202-208) are assigned seats. All of these Timbers Army and Rose City Riveters GA sections are home team supporters sections, so many areas will be filled with fans standing, chanting and singing. Visiting team colors and expressions of visiting team support and are not permitted in the Timbers Army or Rose City Riveters section. Visiting supporters may be relocated to another part of the stadium.
Umbrellas may be brought into the park but may not be opened in the seating bowl or on the concourse. This is to ensure that no fan has a blocked view.
VIDEO BOARD MESSAGES
Whoever said PDA was wrong? Share a birthday, anniversary, or personal message on the video board at Providence Park! Submit your message HERE at least 48 business hours prior to the requested game. Messages fill up fast and are first come first serve at a cost, so act now!
Vuvuzela horns are prohibited at Providence Park.
In order to promote the safety and well-being of all guests through the COVID-19 pandemic, all water stations at Providence Park will be closed for the 2021 season.
Soccer games are subject to cancellation due to inclement weather. Games will be delayed in the event of lightning in the area. Soccer matches are only cancelled due to rain if the playing surface is deemed unplayable by the officials.
