As 2022 Stand Together Week began to hit the midweek point, work continued at a number of Rose City locations.

Timbers midfielder Blake Bodily and a good collection of the Timbers2 team worked with Timber Joey and volunteers with Friends of Trees at Nakada Nature Park to help remove invasive species and clean up.

Back at the Children's Book Bank, NW Natural volunteers joined Timbers forward Tega Ikoba to continue work on cleaning and sorting books that will be distributed to low-income preschool children in the Portland area.

Thorns assistant coach Sophie Clough joined Timber Joey worked with volunteers from Providence Health & Services to continue to help cook and prep meals at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Oregon and SW Washington.

Finally, more Providence volunteers met up with Timbers defender Justin Rasmussen and Thorns assistant coach Vytas at Rose Haven to help make goodie bags for guests. Rose Haven is a day shelter and community center serving women, children and gender non-conforming folks experiencing the trauma of abuse, loss of home and other disruptive life challenges.
