Live coverage of the 2024 NWSL Draft begins Friday on ION Television at 5pm PT
The 2024 NWSL Draft, presented by Ally, is scheduled for Friday, Jan. 12 at 5pm PT live from Anaheim, Calif. Fans can tune in on ION Television beginning at 5pm PT with coverage after 8pm PT continuing on ION Plus.
Consisting of four rounds – with 14 selections available in each – all 12 clubs from 2023 and two expansion sides will be on the clock throughout the night. In all, a total of 56 athletes will have their names called this year as the top collegiate prospects await their NWSL opportunity.
When does Portland Pick?
Thorns FC General Manager Karina LeBlanc and her staff have five opportunities to pick on Friday, with at least one selection per round. The earliest Portland will be on the board in Anaheim will be during the 11th pick of the First Round, with the rest of the selections spread out.
