Portland Thorns FC and Your Local Toyota Dealers are partnering to honor difference-makers in the Portland community throughout the 2019 NWSL season. For the July 5 match, we are proud to honor Brenna Sahatjian. Brenna is a musician, artist, poet, activist, and soccer enthusiast. She uses all her talent to give back to the community as a Coach-Mentor and trainer for Active Children Portland. Brenna works with kids every day after school in the classroom and on the pitch, helping them develop confidence, respect, and a sense of belonging through soccer, creative writing, and service learning. Brenna's dedication helps give kids the chance to succeed today and into their future. Congratulations Brenna!
