PORTLAND, Ore. – The National Women’s Soccer League today unveiled the 2017 broadcast schedule on Lifetime, which includes six matches that will feature Portland Thorns FC in the NWSL Game of the Week.
Starting with the club’s home opener on April 15 against the Orlando Pride, Portland’s schedule features four additional games at Providence Park and a road game against Cascadia-rival Seattle Reign FC on Aug. 26 at Memorial Stadium, all on Lifetime. Portland will be featured as they play host to the Chicago Red Stars on April 29, North Carolina Courage on July 15 and Houston Dash on Aug. 5, while squaring off against Chicago in their regular-season finale on Sept. 30.

Featuring play-by-play announcer Jenn Hildreth, analyst Aly Wagner, host and sideline reporter Dalen Cuff as well as select appearances by analyst and sideline reporter Kate Markgraf, the NWSL Game of the Week on Lifetime will air every Saturday. With the exception of the Thorns FC home opener on April 15 scheduled for 12 noon (Pacific), all other Lifetime broadcasts will begin at 12:30 p.m. (Pacific) with a 30-minute pregame show leading up to kickoff at 1 p.m. (Pacific).
The NWSL Game of the Week on Lifetime will also be available for live and on-demand streaming via the Lifetime iOS and Android app, and online at MyLifetime.com. In addition, international fans outside of the United States can watch live and on-demand streaming of the Game of the Week via NWSLsoccer.com.

Portland plays its third and final match of the Thorns Spring Invitational presented by Tillamook on Saturday, April 1 against the Houston Dash. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. (Pacific) with a live web stream at www.thornsfc.com.
