Thorns FC remain in contract negotiations with the fifth overall pick in the 2023 NWSL Draft defender Reyna Reyes, while forward Lauren DeBeau, who was drafted by the club in the second round of the 2023 NWSL Draft, is no longer with the team and her rights have been released. Janine Beckie has been added to the season-ending injury list.
The Thorns kick off the 2023 regular season against the Orlando Pride on March 26 at Providence Park; kickoff is set for 2 p.m. (Pacific) on FOX 12 PLUS and Paramount+.
