Children age two and under will be admitted free as long as the child is sitting on an adult's lap. If a parent requests a physical seat for the child, he/she must pay the appropriate price.

Providence Park management is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests. Our staff will proactively intervene to support a family oriented environment where all guests can enjoy the entertainment experience free from the following behaviors:
- Foul or abusive language or obscene gestures
- Any disruption of the game by a guest’s actions or unauthorized entrance on the playing field or restricted areas
- Inappropriate displays of affection in a public, family setting
- Intoxication or other signs of impairment
- Obscene or indecent clothing
- Guests seated in a location other than their ticketed seat
If someone interferes with your enjoyment of a game, please contact a Guest Services Representative for assistance.
Fans found in violation of the Providence Park Code of Conduct face ejection from the event as well as potential bans from future stadium events. Fans may also be asked to partake in a Fan Conduct Class before they are free to return to any Providence Park event.
All wheelchair spaces and companion seating are assigned unless in the General Admission Sections. Seats may be purchased in advance by phone through New Era at 888.736.6849 or in-person at the Providence Park box office. Relocations are also available for guests with limited availability. Guests may pre-arrange special wheelchair needs by calling Providence Park at 503.553.5523 to schedule an escort to/from their seating location. Providence Park meets all ADA requirements.
The purchase of or any money paid on Portland Thorns FC tickets is not refundable.
For almost all events at Providence Park, including Portland Thorns FC games, re-entry is not allowed.
The Portland Thorns will charge a $5/ticket reprint fee for lost or forgotten tickets on game days, a full season reprint charge will be $25.
Paid in Full Deadline
2017 Annual Members must be paid in full by April 15, 2017 or be committed to a payment plan. Tickets will be cancelled and barred from entry until full payment is received after this date.
There is a transfer charge of $50 and the newly created accounts will need to pay processing fees. Memberships can only be transferred by the primary account holder in writing to email@example.com during the season's transfer period.
The Portland Thorns reserve the right to revoke season tickets from any account determined to be abusing the ability to re-print and/or re-sell their season tickets.
The Portland Thorns do not accept unused tickets from past events for any value or offer exchanges on unused tickets.
