Darlington Nagbe, Timbers vs. LA, 3.15.15

PORTLAND, Ore.- For the second consecutive week the Timbers battled a Western Conference foe to a hard-fought draw with a 2-2 result against the LA Galaxy at Providence Park. The draw means LA has been unable to beat Portland in its last four trips to Providence Park. Here are three more #StatMan facts from Sunday's match.

2 For the fifth time in his MLS career, Fanendo Adi scored two goals in a single match. His fifth career brace brought his goal total to eleven since joining the Timbers in May of last season.

10 With the draw, Portland is undefeated in its last ten matches against Western Conference opponents, dating back to last season. In those ten games, the Timbers are 5-0-5 while scoring 20 goals.

31Darlington Nagbe completed 31 of his 38 passes against the Galaxy while also being involved in both Timbers goals. His backheel flick to Rodney Wallace sprung Wallace for him to assist on Portland's first goal. He turned a long Liam Ridgewell pass into the second goal when he beat LA goalkeeper Brian Rowe and was able to find Adi at the top of the six.
