The Portland Timbers and Thorns have developed a department with the sole focus of delivering major league service to our most dedicated fans. The Member Services department will be your resource for all of your Timbers or Thorns FC ticketing needs. Whether you need a special birthday greeting announced or help with reprinting a lost ticket, contact us at members@timbers.com or members@thornsfc.com. On match nights, our membership services representatives can be found in the 18th & Morrison Box Office or the Guest Services Center behind section 105. Account Manager:
Account Manager is a resource where each Annual Member can access their account online. The site allows Annual Members to forward their tickets, make payments and update account information. It’s a great tool to ensure you can manage each of your seats throughout the season.
