Hitting the the final stretch of the MLS season, the Portland Timbers defeated Real Salt Lake 1-0 Saturday night at Providence Park. Here are three #StatMan takeaways from the match. 


10 For the 10th time in 2016, the Timbers won a match at Providence Park. The 10 home victories in 2016 tie Portland with FC Dallas and New York Red Bulls for most home wins by an MLS team this season. The Timbers are now just one home win shy of matching their club MLS record of 11 home victories during the 2013 season.


30 With his goal tonight, Fanendo Adi became the first player in the history of the club across all-eras to score 30 goals over a two-season span. The forward has also scored in three consecutive home matches and four of Portland's last five matches at home. 


5Against one of the league's best offenses, Portland goalkeeper Jake Gleeson delivered five saves in the shutout, while defender Vytas led the team with five tackles on the night.
