The Portland Timbers picked up an important 3-2 win over Real Salt Lake over the weekend led, in part, by the performances of midfielder Dairon Asprilla and Aljaz Ivacic.

Asprilla had a goal and an assist in the match scoring on a penalty kick in the 10th minute and providing a clever backheel on Yimmi Chara's goal in the 29th minute. Meanwhile, Ivacic made a career-high seven saves on the night including a clutch diving denial of an Albert Rusnak missile in second half stoppage time to help lift Portland to the full three points.

The performances earned the duo spots on the MLS Team of the Week, presented by Audi.
