Matchday: Portland Timbers host Colorado Rapids in key Western Conference showdown

The Portland Timbers host the Colorado Rapids in a key Western Conference showdown Friday night at 8pm PT at Providence Park, presented by Daimler.

Tonight's game will be televised on NBCSN (in Portland on 32 and 732 on Comcast, 220 on DirecTV, 159 on Dish Network and 90 and 590 on Frontier Fios). The radio broadcast is on 750 AM The Game with Keith Bleyer and Ross Smith on the call. A free online audio stream is available on 750 The Game.

The first 5,000 fans through the door tonight will receive a free Portland Timbers hat courtesy of Daimler.

The Timbers will be wearing their Primary Green kits this evening.

Timbers Army Gate 3 Procedures
Due to the high demand for the best seats in the Timbers Army and our desire to provide a fair and consistent early entry procedure, we will be once again using a system of wristbands to help facilitate early entry at Gate 3 for Timbers Army fans at Providence Park.
