PORTLAND, Ore. – The Portland Timbers today announced that a limited number of single-game tickets for the club’s home leg of the Western Conference Championship against Real Salt Lake on Sunday, Nov. 24, at JELD-WEN Field will go on sale to the public Thursday, Nov. 14, at 10 a.m. (Pacific).
Approximately 1,200 tickets remain available, following playoff package sales, and can be purchased online at www.portlandtimbers.com or through the JELD-WEN Field box office.
The Timbers and Real Salt Lake will meet in the second match of the two-game, aggregate-goal Western Conference Championship on Nov. 24 in a nationally televised match on ESPN; kickoff is 6 p.m. (Pacific). Real Salt Lake has a two-goal lead in the series following Leg 1 on Nov. 10 in Sandy, Utah.
The Timbers are unbeaten in their last 16 games at JELD-WEN Field between the regular season and MLS Cup Playoffs, and posted a league-best 11-1-5 record at home during the regular season. Portland set an MLS single-season record with 11 home shutouts during the regular season, including one against Real Salt Lake on Oct. 19 in the club’s regular-season home finale.
