The Portland Timbers were unable to get the result at home on Sunday at Providence Park losing 2-0 to Orlando City. Here are three #StatMan takeaways from the match:


515Despite the loss, Portland maintained a possession edge over OCSC and finished the game with 515 passes attempted--second highest in 2015--with 350 of them taking place in the attacking half.


113Jack Jewsbury, who is currently in his fifth season with the Timbers, played in his 113th match for Portland, which brings him into a tie for 12th on the all-time club games played list with Lee Morrison. The veteran came into the match at halftime and finished with a passing completion rate of 91.3 percent on 46 attempted passes. 


13 Second half substitute Dairon Asprilla brought a spark off the bench for Portland, taking three shots in his 35 minutes. After Asprilla's insertion, the club took 13 shots at the Orlando City goal. Portland ended the match with 18 total shots.
