#StatMan Three | LA Galaxy 2, Portland Timbers 5 | Oct. 18, 2015

With just a week remaning in the regular season and needing a result to keep in control of their own destiny, the Portland Timbers delivered one of the best second-half performances in club history en route to a 5-2 victory over the LA Galaxy Sunday. Here are three #StatMan takeaways from the match.

5For the first time in MLS play, Portland scored five goals in a single half. In addition, the match was just the second time that Portland had scored five goals in an MLS match. The other was also at the StubHub Center, a 5-0 victory over Chivas USA in 2013.

8Fanendo Adihas now scored 15 goals in 2015 with eight of them having come on the road. Adi's eight road goals are the most scored by a Timbers player in a single season, surpassingDarlington Nagbe's six in 2013.

7 The match was the Timbers last regular-season match away from home in the 2015 regular season. With the victory, Portland finishes with seven away wins, which is tied for the most in MLS this season.
