Diego Chara, Timbers vs. SJ, 6.1.16

For the first time since June 1, the Portland Timbers will play a regular-season game at home when the club plays host to the Houston Dynamo Sunday afternoon at Providence Park (3:00pm PT, ESPN2). Here are five numbers to know for #PORvHOU in the latest Quick Strikes.

19 Dating back to last season, the Timbers have scored in 19 consecutive regular-season matches, which is five games longer than any other active streak by an MLS team. The club is one match away from tying the all-era Timbers record for most consecutive games with a goal.

55 No midfielder in MLS has more shots than the 55 taken by Diego Valeri this season. Valeri is among the league leaders for all positions for shots taken behind NYC FC's David Villa and TFC's Sebastian Giovinco.

25Portland, featuring 10 different goal-scorers, has notched 25 goals this season in MLS play which is good for a tie for second in the league.

60 Since joining the Timbers in 2011, Diego Chara has been one of the most prolific tacklers in MLS and this season is no different. Chara leads all MLS players in tackles with 60, two more than Vancouver's Matias Laba.

+3 In the six games that midfielder Ben Zemanskihas appeared in this season, the Timbers have a goal differential of +3.
