#StatMan Three | Adi breaks club record as Nagbe scores for seventh consecutive season

On a night when Fanendo Adi claimed the all-time goalscoring list in club history, the Portland Timbers defeated the host Philadelphia Union, 3-1, Saturday night at Talen Energy Stadium. In addition to Adi's goal, there were plenty of other numbers to choose from for #StatMan's three key takeaways from the match. 


7 With his goal, midfielder Darlington Nagbe became the first player in Timbers history to score in seven different seasons for the club. With the goal, the U.S. International also became the seventh different player to score for the club this season. 


16 No team has scored more in MLS than Portland who has put home 16 goals this year. The Timbers are also the league leaders for total points with 13 and are tied for best goal differential with +8.


1 Defender Roy Miller scored the winning goal off a Diego Valeri corner kick midway through the second half. It was Miller's first career MLS goal in his 130th league appearance and it made Miller the eighth different player to score for the Timbers this season.
