Forward Jeremy Ebobisse scored his first goal for T2 over the weekend, and today was recognized for his goal-scoring efforts against LA Galaxy II with a bench spot on the USL Team of the Week for Week 16.
Ebobisse, 20, scored the opening goal against Galaxy II, driving home a firm header off the cross from Marco Farfan.
The No. 4 overall pick in the 2017 MLS SuperDraft by the Portland Timbers, Ebobisse has played in four games while on loan with T2 in 2017. He made his MLS debut for the Timbers earlier this season on May 6.
T2 plays host to Swope Park Rangers at Providence Park on Sunday at 2 p.m. (Pacific). Tickets, starting at $10, are available online or at the stadium box office.
