Keep it moving
T2 enter Saturday’s road match following a 2-1 loss to Las Vegas Lights FC at Providence Park on July 22.  Portland ranks tied for eighth in the USL in goals scored (31), and ranks tied for eighth in the league in shutouts (8).

T2 vs. LA Galaxy II
In seven matches all-time between the two clubs, T2 trail the series 3-4-0. In the last meeting between the two teams, T2 set a new club record for goals scored in a 7-3 win over the Galaxy II at Providence Park on May 18. Forward Foster Langsdorf tallied the first hat-trick in team history and midfielder Marvin Loría recorded his first USL goal and tallied two assists, as five different players scored in the win for T2. 

Road form
In 10 road matches this season, T2 hold a 4-4-2 record. Six of T2’s eight shutouts in 2018 have occurred on the road, as T2 posted four-consecutive road shutouts from April 4 to May 12, which set a club record. Forward Augustine Williams, who ranks tied for second on the team with four goals scored, has tallied three of his goals in road matches.

Scouting LA Galaxy II
LA Galaxy II, the USL affiliate of the LA Galaxy, enter Saturday’s match following a 4-1 loss to Reno 1868 FC at the StubHub Track & Field Stadium on July 11. Galaxy II hold a 4-3-2 record at home this season. Saturday’s match marks the second and final regular-season meeting between the two clubs, with LA falling 7-3 to Portland at Providence Park on May 18. 10 different players have scored for LA this season, as 16-year-old Efrain Alvarez is tied for the team lead in goals scored (8) with forward Ethan Zubak.
