The Portland Timbers shut out Western Conference-leading FC Dallas in a 0-0 draw Saturday night at Providence Park. Here are three key #StatMan takeaways from #PORvDAL. 

9 Portland now has nine clean sheets in 2018. That is tied for the sixth-most shutouts by an MLS club for the 2018 regular-season.

1 The Timbers held FC Dallas to just one shot on target in the match. It is just the second time this season and only third time in two years that the Texas club has been held to a lone shot on goal. 

50 Midfielder Lawrence Olum played his 50th MLS match for the Timbers since returning to the club prior to the 2017 season. Olum also played 44 matches for the Timbers in the USL from 2007-2008.
