#StatMan Three | Fernandez goal takes place among latest game-winners in Timbers history

Scoring twice in the final eight minutes of the match, the Portland Timbers stormed back to beat Sporting Kansas City, 2-1, at Providence Park, Saturday night. Here are three key #StatMan takeaways from #PORvSKC.

90+4 Brian Fernandez's stoppage-time game winner came in the 94th minute of the match. The goal is tied for the latest game-winning goal the Timbers have ever had at Providence Park.

9 Forward Jeremy Ebobisse delivered the game-tying goal and now has nine goals scored this season for the club. The nine goals are tied for the most-ever in a season by a Timbers MLS SuperDraft selection.

3 Three minutes after coming on as a substitute, Tomás Conechny nutmegged a Sporting KC opponent leading to Fernandez's goal. It was Conechny's third assist as a substitute this season. Only Philadelphia's Ilsinho has more assists off the bench in MLS in 2019.
