Fan Conduct TXT Alerts
The Portland Timbers and Thorns FC have a text alert system giving supporters the opportunity to safely and discreetly alert Providence Park staff to fan conduct issues at the venue. The Providence Park Guest Services team manages and oversees the alerts, and then distributes the information to the appropriate team personnel to address.
HOW IT WORKS:
- Add this number, 971-407-1PDX(1739) to your phone, so you can easily recall it in the event it is needed.
- In the event of a fan conduct, safety or security concern at our event, text us with the location and a short description the issue.
- You will receive a confirmation from venue staff via text upon receipt.
- The appropriate Providence Park staff will be alerted and dispatched to help resolve the concern..
