Providence Park SMS Messaging Privacy Policy

Providence Park Guest Services Text Programs

Effective Date: October 13, 2026

1. Who We Are

This Providence Park SMS Messaging Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to the Providence Park Fan Conduct TXT Alerts program (971-407-1PDX / 1739), operated by Peregrine Sports LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), and any other guest text-in assistance line we operate at Providence Park (each, a “Program”). This Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect the mobile phone number and message content you provide when you participate in a Program. It applies solely to SMS/text messaging interactions with respect to a Program, and supplements, but does not replace, any other applicable privacy policies or notices referenced elsewhere on our websites or applications or otherwise provided to you.

2. Information We Collect

When you text a Program number, we collect:

  • Your mobile phone number
  • The content, date, and time of the text messages you send us
  • Any information you voluntarily provide in your message including through photos or other attachments (for example, a seating section or a description of your concern)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected through a Program solely to:

  • Respond to your inbound text and address the request, report, or concern you raised;
  • Dispatch the appropriate venue staff to assist you or resolve the issue;
  • Send you a confirmation message acknowledging receipt of your text;
  • Maintain internal records of Program activity for venue safety, quality assurance, and operational purposes;
  • Comply with applicable law or legal process, or respond to lawful requests from public or government authorities, including law enforcement;
  • Protect the rights, privacy, safety, or property of us, our affiliates, guests, staff, or others; and
  • Enforce our ticket terms, Fan Code of Conduct, or other venue policies.

4. We Do Not Share Your Information for Marketing

Your mobile phone number and any consent you provide through a Program are not sold, shared, rented, or otherwise disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We do not add Program participants to marketing lists based on their use of a Program. We may share Program data with service providers who help us operate the Program's technical infrastructure (such as our SMS platform provider), solely to enable delivery and response to your messages, and with venue personnel, including third-party contractors who provide security, guest services, or other event staffing at Providence Park, as needed to resolve your request. We may also disclose Program data to law enforcement, emergency responders, public or government authorities, or other third parties where reasonably necessary for the legal, safety, and enforcement purposes described in Section 3.

5. Message Frequency, Rates, and Opt-Out

Message frequency varies based on your individual conversation with us and is limited to the event or matter you contact us about; we do not send recurring or promotional messages through a Program. Message and data rates may apply, as determined by your mobile carrier. You may reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from a Program; we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP at any time for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No purchase is necessary to participate in or receive assistance through a Program.

6. How Consent Is Collected

Participation in a Program is entirely guest-initiated: we only send you a text message if you have first texted the Program number yourself. By texting a Program number, you agree to receive text messages from us related to your request, in accordance with this Policy. Programs are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through a Program.

7. Data Retention and Security

We retain Program message records for as long as reasonably necessary for the safety, operational, and record-keeping purposes described above, and take reasonable measures to protect this information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or operational reasons. The “Effective Date” above reflects the date of the most recent update.
