PORTLAND, Ore. – After opening training camp in Portland on Jan. 18, the Portland Timbers will travel to Tucson, Ariz. on Jan. 21 for preseason, presented by Old Trapper Beef Jerky, in preparation for the 2022 MLS campaign.
In Tucson, the Timbers will square off against Seattle Sounders FC as part of the Desert Showcase on Wednesday, Jan. 26, at Kino North Stadium; kickoff is set for 6 p.m. (Pacific). Click here for ticket information for the 2022 Desert Showcase matches.
The team will return to Portland on Feb. 3 and continue preparations for the regular season, which begins on Feb. 26 with a home match against the New England Revolution.
