PORTLAND, Ore.
– The Portland Timbers and MJCC are teaming up to offer a special two-day fall soccer camp for youth ages 4-11 on Oct. 23-24 at the MJCC facility in Portland. The fall camp will be led by professional coaches and players.
Participants at the camp will learn and refine basic skills of the game – passing, dribbling, shooting – all in a friendly, game-oriented environment. Additionally, each participant will receive a Nike soccer ball.
The camp is available to both boys and girls, and is open to kids ages 4-11; camp participants will be divided into two age group – 4-7 and 8-11. The two-day fall camp runs from 1-4 p.m. each day and costs $99. Members of MJCC receive a discounted registration fee of $90.
