Park Provisions | A FAQ to new food and beverage options in Providence Park

The Portland Timbers, Portland Thorns FC, and Levy worked together throughout the offseason to craft a hospitality brand and promise unique to Providence Park. Park Provisions will operate as the hospitality team serving Providence Park, powered by Levy’s operational prowess. In addition to the new look and feel, fans also will notice several changes at dining locations across the stadium, brought about by the venue transformation.  


Food and Beverage Highlights

  • Portland favorites Podnah’s Pit and HOTLIPS Pizza join the dining lineup, and fans will notice an expanded menu of Tillamook dishes across Providence Park
  • Food and beverage locations across the venue will offer an expanded selection of beer, wine and cider, including Widmer Brothers, Underwood Wine, Westmount Wine and 2 Towns Cider, among others
  • The KeyBank Club introduces several new food and beverage options, including a refreshed bar and food kiosk on the deck serving cheesesteaks and other fan favorites
  • Evergreen Corner, a new destination in Section 113, offers a walk-in beer bar and food kiosk serving an array of Tillamook dishes
  • Vendors will now sell beer and snacks in the Timbers Army section in the North End
  • Fans in Field Seats can order from an updated in-seat menu featuring PNW favorites like a Dungeness crab cocktail 
  • On the new Duracell Deck, fans can experience the Underwood Wine Bar and check in at the Aviation Gin Flight Deck for a gin & tonic featuring Portland’s hometown Aviation American Gin.


New Dining Destinations
Providence Park’s renovations deliver 19 new dining destinations across concessions and increase the stadium’s points of sale by 30 percent. Among the hospitality highlights curated by Park Provisions:


  • Tillamook Grill: A variety of Tillamook signatures dishes, including bacon queso nachos, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, mac ‘n cheese and quesadillas (Main Concourse Sec. 109, 113, 121)
  • HOTLIPS Pizza: Cheese, pepperoni, sausage and rotating specialty pizzas by the slice (Main Concourse sec. 119, Duracell Deck)
  • La Hacha Cocina: A collection of Latin American-inspired dishes, including Dos Tacos, Tanner Ridge loaded nachos and Tochina Pico hot dogs (Tanner Ridge)
  • Goose Hollow Bowls: Made-to-order yakisoba noodles, rice and mixed green bowls with fans’ choice of house-made pork char sui, roasted pineapple teriyaki chicken and sweet chili tempeh (Tanner Ridge)
  • House of 75: Hand-carved turkey and prime rib sandwiches served with locally made kettle chips (Tanner Ridge)
  • Green Pine Grill: Grilled-to-order fan favorites including a rotating Burger of the Month, Impossible Burger, spicy tots and fresh salads from Portland’s own Garden Bar (Toyota Terrace)
  • Rose City Paninis: Hot-off-the-plancha Cuban sandwiches and turkey and Brie paninis as well as grilled vegetarian favorites (Toyota Terrace)
  • Podnah’s BBQ: Brisket and pulled pork sandwiches from the acclaimed Portland BBQ favorite (Main Concourse sec. 103, Toyota Terrace)
  • Vista Nachos: Loaded nachos smothered in fans’ favorite toppings (Duracell Deck)
  • East Vista Melts: Grilled cheeses and ice cold craft beer (Duracell Deck)


Providence Park Signature Dishes

  • Tillamook Bacon Queso Nachos: Providence Park Executive Chef Tony Parker worked with Tillamook to develop this recipe, putting a local spin on a stadium classic (Main Concourse sec. 105) 
  • Specialty Topped Tots: A Providence Park icon, featuring Tillamook cheeses and locally inspired toppings that Timbers and Thorns FC fans know and love (Main Concourse sec. 107)
  • Tamale Boy: Bean and cheese tamales topped with chicken tinga, cabbage slaw, pico de gallo and queso fresco (Main Concourse sec. 117)
  • Uncle Tony’s Pork Rinds: House-made chicharrones with Tajin seasoning and Tapatio sauce (Duracell Deck – Vista Nachos, Tanner Ridge – La Hacha Cocina)
  • Vietnamese Noodle Salad: Vegan favorite with glass noodles, edamame, green onion and shredded cabbage tossed in a cilantro sesame dressing (KeyBank Deck – Spring Wood Rice & Noodle Bar)


Beverage Spotlight

  • PDX Cherry Limeade: A signature twist on the ice-cold classic summer refreshment; fans can also add El Jimador Tequila (Tanner Ridge)
  • Expanded Beverage Menu: Beverage locations across Providence Park offer a wider selection of beer, wine, cider and soft beverages from partners Widmer Brothers, Modelo, Coors, Westmount Wine, Underwood Wine, Free Public Wine, 2 Towns Cider, El Jimador Tequila, Bulleit Bourbon, Wild Roots Vodka, Aviation Gin, Dutch Bros. Coffee, Rebel Energy Drink, Coca-Cola and Brew Dr. Kombucha, among others


Clubs, Suites, and Private Group Dining

  • Executive Chef Tony Parker and Park Provisions have introduced several fresh dishes to suite menus, including Balanced Grain Bowls with grilled chicken, veggies, barley, quinoa and bulgur wheat
  • KeyBank Club guests can savor elevated Pacific Northwest-inspired cuisine at rotating chef tables


Park Pricing
The Portland Timbers and Portland Thorns FC are pleased to announce the teams are freezing concession prices – representing no price increases from last season – across the board at Providence Park in 2019. The teams are also introducing a series of Park Pricing games, presented by Coors Light, where fans will find $2 hot dogs, $2 nachos and $5, 16-ounce cans of Coors Light. Games include: Thursday, July 18 (Timbers vs. Orlando City); Wednesday, July 24 (Thorns FC vs. Houston); Wednesday, August 14 (Timbers vs. Chicago); Wednesday, September 11 (Thorns FC vs. North Carolina); Wednesday, September 18 (Timbers vs. New York Red Bulls); and Wednesday, September 25 (Timbers vs. New England)


Special Programs and Sustainability Efforts

  • Providence Park has embraced eco-friendly plates and food vehicles, and the elimination of plastic straws to lessen the stadium’s impact on the environment.


Facts and Figures

  • Zenner’s hot dogs and sausages are made a just a half-mile from Providence Park, and Providence Park will sell more than 40,000 lbs. in 2019
  • The Providence Park hospitality team includes 300 culinarians, stand workers and community volunteers at every match
  • Providence Park features nearly 80 points of sale
  • There are over 20 new menu items in 2019
