Playing Experience:

  • Halliday played Division I collegiate soccer at Rider University in New Jersey from 2012-2015, playing in 69 games and starting in 62. 
  • He played for the Ocean City Nor’easters in New Jersey, a Player Development League (PDL) now known as USL League Two, where they went on to win the Eastern Conference Championship in 2013. 
  • He was invited to the NY Red Bulls College Invite Combine in 2016. 
  • Post grad, Halliday played for the American Soccer League (ASL), Philadelphia Fury in New Jersey where he signed his first professional contract.
  • In 2017-2018 he played in the National Premier Soccer League for PDX FC in Portland, OR.

Awards and Honors:

  • Halliday earned Second Team Northeast Regional All-American in 2015 and First Team All-MAAC Conference selection in 2014 and 2015. 
  • He helped lead his team to victory in the 2015 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Championship, securing the title and moving on to the NCAA Division Championship Tournament. 
  • During his coaching tenure, he successfully led a girls U18 State Cup championship team.
