Education
Player Education and off-field growth is an important component within the Academy.
Along with cooperation from area middle and high schools, the Academy collaborates with Baker Charter Schools, to offer on-site schooling for players to continue their education in a meaningful and learning focused environment.
Players receive this opportunity free of charge on site at the Timbers Training Center. This allows Academy staff collaboration with the on-site teachers and further opens the pathway to players who can be released early to participate in Timbers2 or First Team trainings.
Classes are a blend with in-person & online learning.
