ADA Resource Center

Welcome to Providence Park! We are excited to have you join us hopefully at an upcoming match or event and plan to make your time with us fantastic! Below is some helpful information for anyone seeking more info on our ADA accommodations and accessibility information. For any other questions still lingering that may not be found on this page, always feel free to contact our Member Services Team at 503.553.5550 or email us at members@timbers.com.

ADA Ticketing:

All wheelchair spaces and companion seating are assigned unless in General Admission seating (sections 101-108. Seats may be purchased in advance by phone through SeatGeek at 888-983-1783 or online. When on SeatGeek purchasing tickets, you can simply filter to see accessible/ada seating for each match.

Should you not find any ADA accessible seating online, you can purchase non-ADA seating and then email us at members@timbers.com and we can look to exchange your non ADA seats for ADA seats as close to your purchased seats as possible.

Please be aware that the relocation of these seats is based solely upon ticket availability, therefore advance notice is beneficial. Game-day ADA ticket exchanges take place at the internal box office window behind section 104 and are based on ADA seat availability and cannot be guaranteed. Providence Park can also relocate one companion seat with any ADA ticket relocation request.

Parking:

While we are lucky to have our stadium right in the heart of the city, it also presents some limitations with Parking availability near and around the stadium. We currently do not have any designated parking near or around the stadium, including no accessible handicap parking near or around the stadium. What we would recommend, is to either find parking near the stadium, park at a SmartPark location (here is a link to their site for a map of locations: SmartPark Locations) , or you are welcome to drop any members of your party off at Gate F on the corner of 20th & Morrison and then go find parking.

Below is a map of where Gate F is located:

Helpful Resource:

PTFCmap.com is a helpful tool to use for both directional guidance for the stadium and general stadium info (concessions, amenities, etc.)

ADA Entrances:

The best locations to enter in for ADA accessibility is either through Gate D which is on the corner of 18th and Morrison across from The Civic or at Gate F on the corner of 20th and Morrison.

  • Gate D’s ADA entrance is (if you are facing the stadium) to the far right of the furthest right security line, and just to the left of the box office windows. If you come up, the security staff will move the gate for you and allow you to enter there.
  • Gate F’s ADA line is (if you are facing the stadium) just to the far left of the furthest left security line, just to the right of the credentials window. Similar to Gate D, feel free to walk up and our staff will move the barriers to allow you in.
  • This ADA line is granted early entry for those with General Admission tickets who would like to utilize the ADA seating between sections 101-108 on match days. See attached document for more info.

Wheelchair Escorts

Guests may pre-arrange wheelchair escort service to and/or from their seats by calling Providence Park at 503.553.5550 to schedule an escort to/from their seating location for any given match.

General Admission ADA

Should you have or purchase a General Admission ticket and are looking for ADA seating, all ADA seats in General Admission (sections 101-108) are first come first serve so no need to exchange your ticket for anything else, you can simply scan in with your General Admission ticket, and then when you enter General Admission, you can take any open ADA seat between 101-108 that you see if open for that match.

Should you need any assistance moving/accessing our removable folding chairs, feel free to let any of our general admission fan experience staff know and they can absolutely assist.

ADA Accessible Restrooms

All of our restrooms at Providence Park are ADA accessible. Visit PTFCmap.com where you can select the ‘Restrooms’ tab for a map of all restrooms, filtered by stadium level.

From there, a member of our team will help escort you down to the field level via the Suite Elevator located right inside Gate F.

Tanner Ridge ADA Access

If you are coming to a match and have ADA tickets in Tanner Ridge or are sitting in Tanner Ridge and could benefit from an ADA accessible route, feel free to enter through Gate A and then utilize the elevator to your right (as you come in) to go up 1 level to Tanner Ridge.

Toyota Terrace & East Vista ADA Access
