We continue to be focused on fostering an environment that is free of discrimination and harassment. Report an Issue
You can report an incident that took place with other patrons or stadium staff at any of our events by calling 503-553-5429 or emailing us at security@timbers.com.
General Security & Safety Policies
- A clear bag policy is in place for events at Providence Park. Clear bags, sized 14"w x 14"h x 6"d are allowed for entry.
- Ticketing for Portland Timbers and Thorns matches are entirely digital – no paper or PDF tickets – and the ticketing process is contactless through SeatGeek.
- Providence Park is a completely cashless facility. Cashless transactions (Apple Pay, Google Pay) are available throughout Providence Park including stadium concessions and at PTFC Authentic locations.
- Providence Park is a no smoking facility. This includes tobacco products, marijuana and any illegal substances. There is no smoking inside Providence Park confines during matches and events. E-cigarettes are also not allowed inside Providence Park during events
